+  * On **21st May 2021**, players gathered and rushed into the ancient city, fending off the countless mobs present. Motivated by the many unique and precious loots dropped by the mobs, the players fought valiantly and faced down what appears to be a pharaoh residing within the pyramid. However, rare paper scraps retrieved from killed scribes seem to refer to another pharaoh...
+  * A week after venturing into Oasis, a series of strange quakes revealed a crack within one of the walls in the Pharaoh's room. Although convinced that a secret room lay beyond, no one dared to chip away at the crack for fear of compromising the structural integrity of the pyramid:

+  * On **31st May 2021**, a much larger quake hit the oasis dungeon. The cracks believed to be leading to a secret room thus widened and collapsed to reveal a small opening. Owing to the great teamwork between the players, the password to the secret room was cracked within a mere span of hours, revealing a second hidden throne room believed to host the actual ruler of Oasis. Interestingly, only servants could be found in the room with no ruler in sight.
+  * The third world item however, was found within the ceiling of this actual throne room. With all 8 world items now successfully recovered, the decision to quickly repair the remaining 7 world items and to conduct the **Simul Ritual** to unleash the world power was made.
+===== Chapter 5: The Ruler of Oasis =====
+  * On **9th June 2021**, all world items were successfully recovered. Owing to La Shik' Va's constant threat, the decision to quickly build a platform for the **Simul Ritual** was made with a plan to have it conducted just 2 days later on **11th June 2021**. +  * On **11th June 2021**, the **Simul Ritual** was conducted in the presence of many players. However, the ritual went awry with an unexpectedly huge explosion going off moments after trying to combine the world items together. The resulting explosion was so great it attracted the attention of **La Shik' Va's Generals** who swiftly arrived, locking our players in a fierce battle.
+  * At the climax of the fight, **La Shik' Va** himself appeared to lead the battle. However, our valiant players triumphed and as **La Shik' Va** neared death, he grew significantly weaker with strange particles seen to be leaving his body. What baffles everyone however, is that instead of emitting an aura of pure evil, he wore a look of **kindness** and uttered words of **freedom and thanks**. Unfortunately, in the chaos of the battle, he was dealt the killing blow before we could find out more but it appears that among his robes, we have found **notes** written by him. His notes have been made publicly available **[[lashikvanotes|here]]**. An image captured during the climatic fight is also shown below:

+  * Hours after the notes were recovered, the staff team scrambled to piece all the information they could gather together. A public announcement was made following the revelation that we have misunderstood **La Shik' Va** all along and that we have been greatly mistaken about him.
